Paid plans, limits, and pricing are shown in-product at purchase time. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges unless canceled before renewal. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited uses include:

• Violating laws or third-party rights.
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Interfering with service availability, reliability, or security.
• Using the service to transmit malware, spam, or abusive content.

Some features depend on third-party providers, including authentication, payments, AI/voice processing, and Google integrations. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process and store content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

AI-generated content may contain errors or incomplete information. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and making final decisions before relying on them.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create legal or security risk, or misuse the platform. You may stop using the service at any time.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syl and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates become effective means you accept the revised terms.
